In this episode of the Single Mother Survival Guide Podcast, Julia chats with Chantelle Otten, an internationally published and educated sexologist, scientist and sex and relationship expert.
We discuss issues relating to sex after pregnancy including what happens to our hormones after childbirth, how complications from childbirth can affect sex and how to navigate them, how to explain to a partner what is going on with your body after childbirth, and how to tackle issues to do with body image, tiredness, and breastfeeding when it comes to sex.
This is a really interesting conversation, and I think all mothers can learn from this episode (single or not), and it's beneficial for fathers too.
