In this episode of the Single Mother Survival Guide Podcast, Julia talks with single mum Nadia Mori about her experience of being in an emotionally abusive relationship, and how she got out of it.

We also discuss what exactly emotional abuse is (and the fact that it is a form of a domestic violence), the red flags you should watch out for (for a potentially emotionally abusive relationship), and strategies for leaving an emotionally abusive relationship.
